As a child, Luis Fabrega gained insight to different cultures as he traveled around the Americas. These insights and experiences sparked a passion for visual culture. Through his travels, he also adopted a uniquely charming sense of humor, in addition to a very laid-back demeanor.
Luis believes ideas need to change attitudes, behaviors and actions to create a way of life so we can inspire people to create cultural phenomenons.
While studying in the U.S at SCAD, Luis got the opportunity to have Luke Sullivan – advertising and creative veteran – as his personal mentor.
In the past 5 years, Luis has worked with some of the top agencies in the industry, including Young & Rubicam, Wunderman, JWT, The Richards Group, FCB Chicago, Lapiz, Leo Burnett Chicago, P4 Ogilvy & Mather and most recently Cheil Worldwide where he works as a Creative Copywriter.
Luis work has been recognized in the One’s Club's Annual Student Exhibition at Creative Week, ADDYS, SCADDYS, Creativity Online, Ads of the World, Forbes, Coloribus, Adeeve, 9GAG, and the Associated Collegiate Press. He was also named Preliminary Judge at the advertising festival AD STARS 2016.
Besides being a creative, Luis is also an Advertising Mentor at his Alma Marta, SCAD, and a fan of gaming, pop culture, TV shows, and other ‘geek stuff.'
